She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Hargens and Elsie Hargens (Sinow); and her siblings, Marion Bartelson, Alan, Arden and Jerry Hargens.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Zimmerman of Griswold; her children, Wayne Zimmerman (Lisa) of Casey, IA, Jean Bailey of Walker, IA, Joan Chmel (Greg) of Aurora, CO, Brian Zimmerman of Massena, IA, Mark Zimmerman (Eva) of Shenandoah, IA, Janet Wilson of Griswold, Jolene Sonntag (Todd) of Atlantic, IA, Keith Zimmerman of Georgetown, CO and Brent Zimmerman of Atlantic, IA; and her sisters, Lila Forke (Denny) of Fairfax, IA and Lori Voege (Darrell) of Grand Island, NE. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews; and a host of many friends.
