He is survived by: his wife Shiona Putnam of Griswold, IA; his daughters, Stephanie Campbell of Phoenix, AZ and Andrea Putnam of Joliet, IL; his sisters, Judy Robberts (Kenny) of Lyman, IA and Debbie McAfee (Ralph) of Parrish, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Marla Putnam of Peoria, AZ and Ross Drummond (Elspeth) of Ayr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
