He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rollins and Lois Rollins (Wilber); his siblings, Darrell Rollins and Donna Blatny; and his niece Kelli Harrill.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Shepker of Mineola, IA, Teresa Pauley of Atlantic, IA, Dwayne Rollins Jr. (Amy) of Atlantic, IA and Tessie Rollins of Des Moines, IA; his siblings, Darla Harrill (Porter) of Carson and Roxann Strong (Dave) of Westphalia, IA; and his brother-in-law Robert Blatny of Carson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
