He is survived by: his wife Norma "Smiley" Rush; his children, Jim Rush (Lisa), Jesse Rush (Debra "Babe") and Janet Johnson (Doug); his grandchildren, Barbara Holmburg (Jason), David Rush, Jennifer Clark (Shawn), Jason Rush, Justin Rush, Jackie Rush, Brad Rush (Mindy), Crystal Naser (Mark), Nick Rush, Jessica McCunn (Cody), Brett Johnson (Stacy) and Kyle Johnson (Jordan); his sister Ruth Ann Hemphill (Dennis); and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Doris Rush. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
