It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Sears of Grinnell, Iowa, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Vance and Lillian Vance (Tow); her husband Edgar Sears; her sons, Dan Sears and Dave Sears; and her brother John Vance.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela, Jeffrey, Christopher, Pam Montgomery (Jack) of Grinnell, Jim Sears (Rebecca) of Newton, Jeff Sears (Michelle) of Grinnell and Chris Sears of Kellogg, IA; and her sister Ellen Brutsman (Bob) of Fort Myers, FL.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
