She is survived by: her boyfriend Bruce Hodgson; her sons, Keith Horner and Kenneth Horner (Amy); her siblings, Sharon Lynn Smith, Philip Oscar Smith, Jr. (Jeanne), Mark Jeffrey Smith (Minnie) and Sue Allen (Mark); her niece Kierstin Larson; her grandchild Zander Horner; and also Azreal Larson.
