It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pam Needham of Grinnell, Iowa, born in Greenfield, Iowa, who passed away on October 3, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Pam's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Pam has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Stroup and Velma Stroup (Endres); her husband Terry Needham; and her brother Michael Stroup. She is survived by: her children, Rob Needham of Williamsburg and Michelle Andrews (Nathan) of Grinnell; her grandchildren, Brittany Annee (Trevor), Jared Andrews and Mayci Andrews; and also Carla Gander. She is also survived by 4 step-children; and 9 step-grandchildren.
