It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Neil Wesley Johnson of Grinnell, Iowa, who passed away on April 29, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Leslie and Rena Mercedes Gatlin Johnson; his son-in-law Barry Stark; and his brothers, Merton, Gene, Robert and Leslie.

He is survived by: his wife Pat of Grinnell; his daughters, DeNeil Moes (Kelly) and Teresa "Terri" Stark of Grinnell; his grandchildren, Tanner Smith (Kristin), Sarah Michaels (Kevin), Amy Van Weelden (Eric), Megan Jones (Mike), John Stark and Leslie; and his great grandchildren, Lily, Elizabeth, Wesley Smith, Drew, Nolan Michaels, Ashlyn, Shae, Brody Van Weelden, Josephine and Sullivan Jones.

Memorial contributions may be designated to the Neil W. Johnson Memorial Fund.
