It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Doty of Grinnell, Iowa, born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Willis Martindale and Velma Izeta Martindale (McKeown); her grandson Jacob Moseley; and her siblings, Lyla Stout and Harvey Martindale.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Jennifer; her husband Marvin Doty of Grinnell; her children, Scott Doty of Grinnell and Jennifer Moseley (Frank) of Crete, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jessica Moseley and Alexander Pothoven; her brother Ed Martindale of Havelock, NC; and her sister-in-law Sue Martindale of Des Moines.
A face mask will be required for those attending the visitation.
