He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sieck and Josephine Sieck (Kriegel); his son Wayne Melvin Sieck; his great grandchild Mason Sieck; and his brothers, Paul and Melvin Sieck.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sieck of Grinnell; his sons, Gary Sieck (Kelly) of Grinnell, Glen Sieck (Pam) of Aurora, Scott Sieck (Kris) of Grinnell and Craig Sieck (Shealey) of Grinnell; and his brothers, Wayne Sieck (Sandra) of Amarillo and Ronald Sieck (Margaret) of Grinnell. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
