She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Howard and Ruth Caroline Quillin (Ankeney); her husband Marion Hardeman; her siblings, Carolyn and Charles Quillin; and her granddaughter Tonya Hamor.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Hardeman of Grinnell, IA, Michelle Eckerman of Grinnell, IA and Jay Hardeman (Kim) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandchildren, Kelsey Brandt (Ryan), Katie Hardeman (A. J. Kriegel), Matt Hamor, Andrew Hamor (Cimone), Kayla Powell (Arnell), Sara Barr (Travis), Tanner Eckerman and Jonathan Eckerman; and her great grandchildren, Beckett, Hadley, Cohen, Maren, Niko, Kyro, Liam and Ruthie.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home - Grinnell (1103 Broad St, Grinnell, IA 50112).
