She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Carl Petersen and Aline Leona Petersen (Lidtka); and her husband Bob Groves (Bob). She is survived by: her sons, Michael, Christopher, Nicholas, Mike Groves (Jolene McKeag) of Grinnell, Chris Groves (Patricia) of Columbia and Nick Groves of Westfield, Indiana; her grandchildren, Ashley Lakose of Montezuma, Nicole Groves of Jacksonville and Robert Groves of Grinnell; her great grandchildren, Faith Bunn and Liam Lakose of Montezuma; her sisters, Sally Bowler of Clermont and Nancy Oehler (Mark) of Foley, Alabama; and her sister-in-law Patricia Eggers of Phoenix, Arizona..
