She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Jordan and Margaret "Bobbie" Jordan (Cox); her son-in-law Kelly Wilderman; her great grandchild Makenna Warden; and her brother-in-law Jerry Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Slothouber of Grinnell; her children, Terri Hier (Brad) of Baxter, Doug Johnston (Mindy) of Montezuma, Sherri Johnston (Rick Caruthers) of Newton, Angie Wilderman of Panora and Kurt Slothouber (Kelli) of Denver; her grandchildren, Michael Billings (Leslie), Lance Johnston (Abi), Chantelle Nielsen (Kody), Lex Johnston (Charyl Warden), Spencer Johnston, Logan Johnston (Tiffany), Arik Hier, Blake Hier, Brianna Wilderman, Jordan Rekemeyer, Hope Wilderman, Jordan Slothouber and Taylor Slothouber; her sister Jo Anne Burke (David) of Jacksonville; and her sister-in-law Jean Hoffman. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Community Hope Church (501 N Front St, Montezuma, IA 50171). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
