He is survived by: his parents, Pam Johnson (Tim Clark) of Grinnell and Doug Johnson of Des Moines; his siblings, Sarah Lewis of Atkins and Tim Johnson of Minneapolis; his nephews, Collin, Micah and Wyatt; his niece Hannah; and his friend John.
