He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Howard and Ruth Annella Haley (Roudybush); his parents-in-law, Hilding and Evelyn Shum; his son Greg Haley; his brothers, Jim, Joe and JB Haley; and his brothers-in-law, Ronnie King, Ted Moffitt, Bill Clark and Dave Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Eileen Shum; his daughter Jennifer Maiers (Scott) of Iowa City; his daughter-in-law Traci Haley (Mike Lebeda) of Creston; his grandchildren, Nate (Tasha), Nicole, Megan, Jayson Haley, Braden and Alyssa Maiers; his siblings, Janet Kesterson (Lynn), Judith Hensley (Raymond), Jerry Haley (Janet), Joyce King, Janice Gaeta (Vince), Jean Moffitt, Jack Haley (Tina) and Janelle Shaffer (Duane); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Haley, Roben Haley, Linda Clark and Sandra Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and good friends.
