She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Masick and Elizabeth Masick (Bodnar); and her spouse Blake Worth. She is survived by: her children, Carol Young (Kevin) of Waverly and Brian Worth (Carol); her grandchildren, Meredith Tipping (Conner) of Altoona, Grant Young (Hanna) of Ames, Brittney Fox (Brad) of Edina, MN and Blake Worth (Samantha Pothoff) of Kieler, WI; her great grandchildren, Emma and Ellie Young; and her brother Irvin of Des Moines. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Northeast Iowa Food Bank, the Waverly Health Center Auxiliary, or Cedar Valley Hospice.
