He is survived by: his significant other Norma Griffith of Grinnell; his son Eddy Elliott (Heidi) of Rochester, MN; his grandchildren, Jake Elliott, Emma Elliott and Max Elliott; his son Tim Elliott (Paula Simon) of Grinnell; his grandchildren, Madison Elliott (Ben Krafka) and Mckinze Elliott; and his siblings, Chuck Elliott (Carol) of Athens, TN, Dennis Elliott (Leslie) of Grinnell, Linda Dannar (Dan) of Akron, CO, Dwaine Elliott (Laura) of Grinnell, Ralph Elliott (Lori) of Grinnell and Robbie Douglas (Deb Steenhoek).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home - Grinnell (1103 Broad St, Grinnell, IA 50112). The military honors was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Rock Creek Cemetery.
