It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Caldwell of Grinnell, Iowa, born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Caldwell and VanTassel; his daughter Kelsey Hardy; his niece Lisa; and his pets, Margie and Graham.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly Caldwell of Grinnell; his siblings, Douglas Caldwell (Tammy), Todd Caldwell (Julia) and Carrie Chadwick (Aaron); his parents-in-law, Dianna Hartman and Dennis Utoft (Shannon); his brothers-in-law, Brian Utoft (Mary), Mark Utoft (Toni) and Ben Utoft (Monica); and his caregivers, Des Moines and Newton. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; and many cousins.
