She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Lewis and Bessie Lucille Kupka (Dee); her significant other Robert Jacobsen Jr.; her brother Leo Kupka; and her brother-in-law Bob Harding.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Stobbs (Larry) of North Platte, NE and David Navara (Kris) of Marshalltown; her granddaughter Beth Sanzone (Nick) of California; her great grandchildren, Jack, Emma and Harper Sanzone; and her sisters, Louise Springer (Bob) of Marshalltown and Joan Harding of Newton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
