He is survived by: his children, Guy McCaw, MD of Dubuque and Sharon McCaw of Atlanta, Georgia.; his grandsons, Derek McCaw (Joy) and Travis McCaw (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, William McCaw of Raleigh, NC, Alexander McCaw (Derek) of Raleigh, NC, Fiona McCaw and Lachlan McCaw (Travis) of Pittsburgh, PA.
