She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kuhens and Maude Timmerman Kuhens; her son David Lewis; and her sisters, Lucy Lamphier and Betty Mae Downing.
She is survived by: her former husband Michael R. Lewis; her husband Mike of Grinnell; and her children, Michael R. Lewis, Jr. (Tammi) of New Boston, Terry Lewis of Grinnell, Lisa Sharp (Scott) of Grinnell and Kristin Smith (Randy) of Orangevale, California. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
