He is survived by: his children, Fran Conn (Dean) of Grinnell and Larry Starnes (Glenda); his grandchildren, Denise Fleener (Don), Jason Conn (Tracey), Craig Starnes and Sara Badillo (Carlos); his great grandchildren, Trent, Morgan, Brandt Fleener, Jack, Kyle Conn, Natalie and Emma Vega; and his siblings, Jackie Sipman, Dean Starnes (Joyce) and Dick Starnes (Cathy).
