David C. Abarr Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David C. Abarr of Grinnell, Iowa, who passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin Abarr and Thelma Abarr (Main); his nieces, Diane Grandstaff and Traci Donisi; his nephew Randy Grandstaff; and his sisters, Dorothy Nelson and Joyce Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Billee Abarr of Grinnell; his children, Nicole Barnett (Burl) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Anjela Abarr of Newton, IA and David T. Abarr of Grinnell; his grandchildren, Bridgett Schluter of Cedar Rapids, IA, Gage Barnett (Crystal) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Delaney Cissne (Sander) of Newton, IA; his great grandchild Jax Schluter of Cedar Rapids; and his half-brothers, Lannie Navratil and Dr. Mike Navratil (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
