With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Eugene Elam (Grinnell, Iowa), who passed away on August 4, 2021 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Timothy Elam. He is survived by: his children, Jason Elam and Tina Elam Murphy; his stepdaughter Lisa Mcpherson; and his siblings, Mary "Diane" Angove, Raymond Elam, Jr., Gilenda Elam and Virginia McCune. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
