She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Lidtka and Lucile Lidtka (Phipps); her husband Bernard; her sons, William (Bill) and Wilbur (Wil); her sister Elaine; her brother-in-law Earl Heishman; her son-in-law Kenneth Jones; and her grandson Jason.
She is survived by: her children, LaRita Steiner (Jim), Martha Woods (Wallace), Helen Jo Hotchkin, Philip Hotchkin (Beth) and Edward Hotchkin; her brother Lavern Lidtka; her sister-in-law Colleen; her grandchildren, Dustin Hotchkin, Sara Jones, Jennifer Olivieri, Kiley Ingle, Aaron Hotchkin (Julie), Alison Blankenfeld (Matt), Dustin Bailey (Stephanie) and Jessica Story (Zach); her great grandchildren, Austin Frausct (Elyse), Jason Kerr, Izabelle Ramos (Aaron), Issac Bryant, Kaiden Peak, Keon Jones, Jaxstin DePooter, Harper Ingle, Avelyn, Liam Blankenfeld, Lenyx, Alayna Story and Charlie Bailey; and her grandchildren, Jasper, Arlo and Ren Frascht. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Carolyn suffered from Alzheimer's, so had resided at Windsor Manor during the final stages of her disease.
