It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Mae Kriegel (Grinnell, Iowa), born in Brooklyn, Iowa, who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Chester Niner and Marie Schaffer; and her siblings, Charles Niner, Ruth Dunn and Kathleen Kriegel.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Eugene Kriegel of Grinnell; her children, Roberta "Bobbie" Heishman (Ed) of Malcom, Mike Kriegel (Cindy) of Grinnell, Steve Kriegel (Kathy) of Grinnell, Sheriff of Grinnell, Tom Kriegel (Karla) of Grinnell, Jan Graham (Jim) of Grinnell and Julie Kriegel of Grinnell; and her siblings, Leo Niner (Betty) of Haverhill and Dorothy Loughry of Webster City. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
