She is survived by: her daughter Trudy Asplund (Al) of Grinnell; and her grandchildren, Cara Jung (Rob) of Freeland, Ian Asplund (Katie) of Clive and Aric Asplund (Jennifer) of Heath, Texas. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
