He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Hopkins; his wife Chris; his son Andrew Cebuhar; and his grandfather Orville Ralph Harvey. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Hopkins (Lisa), Daniel Hopkins and Adam Simons; and his sister Laurette Scheve (Ralph). He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
