She is survived by: her spouse Curtis L. Foreman of Grand Haven, MI; her children, Lisa A. VanDeWalker of Cannon Falls, MN, Carol M. Foreman of Des Moines, IA, Timothy J. Foreman of Grimes, IA, Valerie R. Hoefle of Ankeny, IA and Sara E. Kynion of Grimes, IA; her brothers, Dave (Bev) of Perham, MN and James (Karen) of Wahpeton, ND; and her children-in-law, Jane Foreman, Jeffrey Kynion and Dennis Hoefle. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to "The Rev. Curtis and Sandra Foreman Scholarship Fund" which benefits church worker students of Concordia University, St. Paul, MN, and made payable to "inFaith Community Foundation.".
