He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his parents, Richard and Arleta; his brother Bart (Kelly); his daughters, Mindy DeVries (Russ) and Mackenzie Tallman (Nick); his nephew Tyler Wilson (Keturah); and his stepchildren, Antonio Garcia (Amanda), Nicole Hildebrandt (Jacob) and Michael Garcia (Anne).
