He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gilmer and Grace Gilmer (Crouse); and his siblings, Kathryn Reed and Thomas Gilmer. He is survived by: his significant other Paula Roys; his son Travis Gilmer; and his brothers, Bill Gilmer (Marcia) and David Gilmer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
