He was predeceased by: his sister Vicki Carter. He is survived by: his children, Tyler Peiffer (Stacey) of Grimes and Christina Peiffer of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Addison Peiffer, Jaxon Peiffer, AvaRae Kennedy and Ashton King; his sisters, Tammy Peiffer of Newton and Sharon Mabie of Melbourne; and his friend Joan Breckenridge.
