She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Welsh and Edna Welsh (McKenna); and her brother-in-law Pat Neterville. She is survived by: her children, Tara Cisney-Decker (Rob) of Bellevue, NE, Mike Cisney (Kate) of Ankeny, IA, Jackson Chesher of Des Moines, IA and Katie Groth; her grandchildren, McKenna, Caleb, Zachary, Ben, Truman, Alexis of Zoey, JT, Olivia and Isabella; and her siblings, Susan Neterville and Mike Welsh (Barb). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
