With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jon Hanson of Grimes, Iowa, who passed away on February 15, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Hanson and Phyllis Hanson (Lanegan); and his siblings-in-law, Leonard, Yvonne Schnoes and Tito.
He is survived by: his wife Karla Hanson; his sons, Samuel and Benjamin; his siblings, Jana Hoppe (Dan) of LeMars, Jeff Hanson (Connie) of LeMars and Jay Hanson of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Lori Schnoes of Sutherland, David Schnoes (Joni), Leslie Ferris of Lawton, Sarah Rassel (Rod) of Lawton and Aaron Schnoes (Angie) of Oyens, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
