He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hilton and Leota Hilton of Waterloo. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Aaron (Kim) of Norwalk, IA, Ian (Jenny) of Brainerd, MN and Seth (Mandy) of Ramsey, MN; and his father-in-law Vernon Irwin of Pine River, MN. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the church.
