She is survived by: her children, Kelli Mitchell of Ankeny, Jeny Ware (Skip) of Altoona, Allison Porter (Jeff Hall) of Ankeny and Matt Porter (Kristi) of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Maggie Passer (Jeb), Lee Steinkamp (Kaylynn), Andy Ware (Brittney), Jake Mitchell (Heidi), Nick Porter (Maggie Huseman) and Brooklynn Weringa (Joe); and her great grandchildren, Sydney Ware, Lily Passer, Izzy Ware, Luther Steinkamp, Kane Passer, Iris Steinkamp, Macklin Ware and Maddy Randall. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greenfield United Methodist Church (108 SW 5th St, Greenfield, IA 50849). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Greenfield Cemetery (2493 IA-25, Greenfield, IA 50849).
