He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil L. Glade and Evelyn Glade (Vanatta); and his brother Roger Glade. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Sedlacek (Curt) of Detroit, Michigan and Garey Glade of Greenfield; and his brother Larry Glade (Pat) of Greenfield. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
