She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Carl and Louise Leuthauser (Rohner); her husband Cleo Jacobson; her siblings, Ruby Eileen Leuthauser and Kenneth Leuthauser (Helen); and her nephew Terry Leuthauser.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Maaske (Richard) of Malvern, Iowa and Richard Jacobson (Shaney) of Mesa, Arizona; her grandsons, Scott Maaske (Sara) and Steven Maaske (Renee); and her great grandchildren, Emerson, Charlotte, Miles, Jacob and Dylan Maaske. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
