He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile "Pete" John and Nellie Lucille Harter (Lewis); and his brother John Harter. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Harter of Greenfield; his daughter Kim Clayton (Jeff) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Dakota Stormer (Jeff) of Greenfield, Dalton Clayton of Greenfield and Danica Clayton of Greenfield; his great grandchild Presley Jo Stormer; and his brother Bill Harter of Greenfield. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
