He is survived by: his wife Sharon Schultz of Greenfield; his children, Sandra Rutter (Tim) of Winterset and Allen Sackett (Lauri) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Shannon McMillen (Dave), Melissa Keller (Andy), Kelli Sparks (Shaun), Dustin Baudler (Katie), Jared Sackett (Kaci) and Jenna Turk (Steven); his great grandchildren, Lily McMillen, Gracie McMillen, BreAnne Holliday (John), Tucker Keller, Cora Keller, Callista Baudler, Emma Baudler, Trentyn Baudler, Lucas Baudler, Tannah Sweeney, Kyla Sweeney, Emmie Sparks, Jocelyn Sparks, Tyler Sparks, Destiny Sparks, Nadia Sparks, Cielo Sparks, Luzero Sparks, Eli Sparks, Kaida Sparks and Dessa Sparks; his great great grandchildren, Riley Scheetz, Presley Scheetz, Stella Holliday and Bowie Holliday; his siblings, Frank Sackett and Lou Maynes; and his brother-in-law Dick Schneider.
