Eileen Handley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Handley (Greenfield, Iowa), who passed away on June 2, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Gross and Katie Gross (Ehm); her siblings, Frieda Euler (Charles) and Arthur Gross (Elva); and her nephew Richard Gross.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Handley; her children, David (Miriam) of Waterford, WI and Patricia (Mark Maeder) of Greenfield, IA; and her grandchildren, David A. Handley (Ruth) of Chicago, IL, Jennifer (Kevin Pitts) of Maryville, MO, Jill (Brent Stanford) of Cumming, IA, Mary (Jason Burgmaier) of Minneapolis, MN and Molly (Daniel Kilborn) of Fontanelle, IA. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers Eileen requested memorials to be directed to Fontanelle United Methodist Church and all Fire and Rescue Responders of Bridgewater, Fontanelle and Greenfield.
