He is survived by: his wife Lois Armstrong of Greenfield; his children, Russell Armstrong (Cindy) of Greenfield, Teresa Carroll (Jeff) of Oklahoma, Scott Armstrong of Greenfield, Angie Christner and Ryan Armstrong (Jacque) of Earlham; and his sister Carol Mattox of Shelby, Iowa. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Masks will be required and social distancing to be practiced for the visitation and funeral service.
