She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hohertz and Helen Hohertz (Stowell); her former husband Raymond Gantz; and her sister Phyllis Wyper (Wyper). She is survived by: her husband Lowell Pratt; her sons, Rick Pratt (Madalyn) and Ron Pratt; her stepchildren, Michael Gantz, Gretchen Gantz, Douglas Gantz (Sue) and Theresa Robb (Tom); her grandchildren, Michelle, Brian Gantz, Rita Richeson, Christopher Garrett, Michael Garrett, Emily Doland and Will Kingery; her great grandchildren, Kian, Korbin Gantz, Tim, Joe Richeson, Jackson, Courtland Garrett, Wyatt Harper, Rylee Ann Steiner, Colton, Clayton Kingery and Atlas Doland; and her brother-in-law Glenn Wyper. She is also survived by her cousins and leaves behind many dear friends.

Memorials: May be made to the Donna Gantz Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
