He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Wiggins and Edna Wiggins (Weber); his stepfather Clyde Westphal; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Hazel Jensen; his brothers, Ron and Max Wiggins; his brothers-in-law, Dennis and Steven Jensen; and his nephews, Chad Edwards and Eddie Wiggins.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd Wiggins (Nancy) of Urbandale and Jeffrey Wiggins (Tanja) of Greenfield, Iowa; his grandchildren, Thomas Wiggins (Jena), Brittani Dillon (Danny), Jacob Wiggins, Bailey Wiggins and Alex Wiggins; his great grandchildren, Mason, Micayla, Declyn, Ender Wiggins, Isabella, Isaac and Mileena Dillon; his siblings, Gary Wiggins (Nonie) and Diane Edwards (Bob); and his sisters-in-law, Nancy, Jane Wiggins, Judy and Linda Jensen. He is also survived by other relatives and close friends.
