He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter "Bill" Jacobs and Ella Jacobs (Voigts); his children, Melinda and Stephen; and his siblings, Leroy Jacobs, Gladys Young, Earl Jacobs, Barb Jacobs and JoAnn Berger.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Roseberry; his children, David Jacobs of Mason City, Jeff Jacobs (Robin) of Greene and Dee Powers (Tim); his grandchildren, Joshua Jacobs and Jordan Jacobs (Christina); his children, Magdalene, Tobias, Philomena, Theodore, Francis, Josephina, Anastasia, Charles and Tanner Jacobs (Sam); his grandson Bennett; his son Jackson Powers; his sisters, Donna Spratt, Judy Chester (Lemar) and Janet Adams (Blair); and his sister-in-law Angie Jacobs. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
