“To all of you who now and love Mike, I am so sorry for your loss and so sad to hear of the circumstances, I am grieving with you all from the other side of the world. As my host father for 12 months, Mike was someone I could always trust. He helped me through some pretty dark days with his goofy manner and simple approach to life.
