It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Thompson of Greene, Iowa, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Verne Roy and Leota Thompson (Hearn); his wife Carolyn; his daughter Dawn; and his siblings, Bill Thompson and Jill Gillespie.

He is survived by: his son Shawn Thompson (Kim); and his grandchildren, Caleb and Genevieve.
