He is survived by: his close friends, Jim and Shirley Fesenmeyer; his wife Shelby Steere; his daughter Ann Voelker (Brian); his grandchildren, Ryan Voelker, Whittney Franke (Brandon), Seth Nordmeyer (Alex), Ethan Voelker (Keegan), Jacob Wihlm and Nathan; his great grandchild Zuri; his grandchildren, Oaklynn, Landry, Ripp and Coleman; his siblings, Dan Wihlm, Larry Wihlm (Jane), Kathy Brunsma, David Wihlm (Linda), Connie Helgeson (Bruce), Barb Raisty (Bob), Judy True (David) and Mike Wihlm; and his uncles, Bob Wihlm, Wayne Larson and Clarence Kirchhoff. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
