She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kacmarynski and Ruth Kacmarynski (Bahr); and her brother Joe Kacmarynski. She is survived by: her husband Dean Heine of Clarksville; her stepchildren, Tammy Miller (Chad), Allison and Jeff Heine; her siblings, David James'Jim' Kacmarynski (Ellen), Virginia Elston (Bob) of LaVista, NE, Kathy Pohl (Mike) of Papillion, NE and Tom Kacmarynski of Papillion, NE; her sister-in-law Kathy Kacmarynski of LaVista, NE; and also, Edward Heine (Susan), Norma Kane (Lee), Delores Wilkerson and Waverly.
