She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Forsythe and Edith Forsythe (Antrim); her husband Albert Bottelman; her siblings, Mildred, Marion, Lucille, Emmett, Willis, Lloyd and Floyd; her grandsons, Cody, Cory Bolsinger, Jeremy Suhr and Jamie Suhr; her stepson Matt Hartbeck; and her stepson-in-law Stan Stoltz.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Kauffman (Robert) of Russell, Sue Suhr (John) of Arlington, Tim Bemrose (Jackie) of Strawberry Point, Bev Bolsinger (Dave) of Greeley, Peggy Fry of Waukon and Lynn Fry (Ashley Cooke) of Edgewood; her stepchildren, Alan Bottelman (Marilyn), Alvin Bottelman, Bert Bottelman, Mike Bottelman (Tammy), Laura Klingner (Mark), Lillie Stoltz and Betsy McAllister; her brother Ed Forsythe of Garber; and her friend Melissa Fry. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
